  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Perishable or hygiene-related items
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear images or videos of the damaged or incorrect product

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved and product inspection is completed, refunds will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you prefer, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
  • Replacement shipping will be arranged after approval.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
